Willa Joanna Chance Holland (* 18. Juni 1991) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin und ein Model. Bekannt wurde sie vor allem durch ihre Rolle als Thea Queen, Oliver Queens rebellische jüngere Schwester, in der Fernsehserie „Arrow“. Sie spielte außerdem Agnes Andrews in der CW-Serie „Gossip Girl“ sowie in „The O.C.“. Seit dem Album „Birth by Sleep“ aus dem Jahr 2010 leiht sie der Figur Aqua in der Videospielreihe „Kingdom Hearts“ ihre Stimme.
