Carlos Martín Méndez Esposito (* 6. April 1978 in Montevideo, Uruguay) ist ein uruguayisch-schwedischer Musiker. Er migrierte im Alter von 17 Jahren nach Schweden. Er ist Bassist der Progressive-Metal-Band Opeth und nach Mikael Åkerfeldt am zweitlängsten in der Band. Darüber hinaus gründete er 2019 die experimentelle Metal-Band White Stones in Barcelona.
