Arthur Lowe (22. September 1915 – 15. April 1982) war ein mit dem BAFTA Award ausgezeichneter englischer Schauspieler. Er war vor allem für seine Rolle als Captain George Mainwaring in der beliebten britischen Sitcom „Dad’s Army“ von 1968 bis 1977 bekannt.
