Paul McGann (* 14. November 1959) ist ein englischer Schauspieler, der durch seine Hauptrolle in „The Monocled Mutineer“ bekannt wurde. Er spielte außerdem die Hauptrolle in „Withnail & I“ und verkörperte den Achten Doktor im gleichnamigen Fernsehfilm von 1996 sowie in weiteren Medien, in denen er diese Figur darstellte.
